01ARTICLE

Introduction

  • These terms and conditions govern use of the services marketed and facilitated by AQMAAR ("Distributor") in cooperation with National Company for Telecommunications Services (NCTS) ("Service Provider").
  • By using or subscribing to any of the services, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
02ARTICLE

Nature of the service and allocation of roles

  • AQMAAR acts solely as distributor, marketer, and implementation partner.
  • All satellite (VSAT) internet services are provided, operated, and managed in full by NCTS.
  • The contractual relationship for the service is directly between the customer and NCTS.
  • AQMAAR does not operate any telecommunications infrastructure.
  • NCTS bears full responsibility for network operation, service quality, regulatory compliance, and data management.
03ARTICLE

Customer data and privacy

  • All customer data and usage data are owned and managed by NCTS.
  • The Distributor may access only limited data for the purposes of completing sales, coordinating installation, and providing initial technical support.
  • The customer agrees to share their data with NCTS as required to deliver the service and comply with applicable law.
04ARTICLE

Billing and payment

  • Invoices for the service are issued by NCTS unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments must be made directly to NCTS or through approved payment channels.
  • The Distributor is not a billing entity and may only receive commissions or service fees from NCTS.
05ARTICLE

Equipment and installation

  • The customer must not tamper with, relocate, or modify equipment without written consent.
  • The customer must provide a suitable and safe installation environment.
  • The Distributor may perform installation work on behalf of NCTS under authorization.
06ARTICLE

Service activation and lead time

  • Service activation is subject to site readiness, regulatory approvals, and NCTS operational procedures.
  • Activation lead time ("execution period") may vary and the Distributor does not guarantee a fixed duration; promotional timelines represent average turnaround and the actual period may be shorter or longer.
07ARTICLE

Service availability and limitations

  • The service depends on satellite coverage, weather conditions, and technical limitations.
  • NCTS is responsible for service quality, outages, and maintenance.
08ARTICLE

Returns and refunds policy

  • Equipment returns are subject to NCTS policies.
  • Any monetary refund (if applicable) is in accordance with NCTS terms.
  • Installation or Distributor service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
09ARTICLE

Theft, loss, or damage

  • The customer is responsible for safeguarding equipment against theft, damage, and misuse.
  • The Distributor or NCTS must be notified immediately if any of the above occurs.
  • The customer may bear replacement costs in accordance with NCTS policies.
10ARTICLE

Termination

  • Service is terminated in accordance with the contract between the customer and NCTS.
  • The Distributor may suspend support services in case of breach of terms or misuse of the service.
  • Any financial dues must be settled before termination.
11ARTICLE

Limitation of liability

  • The Distributor is not liable for service outages, data loss, or poor performance — these rest with NCTS as the licensed service provider.
  • The Distributor's liability is limited to direct damages resulting from its own errors (such as installation errors).
12ARTICLE

Regulatory compliance

  • All services are subject to the regulations and directives of the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA).
  • The customer must use the service in compliance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
13ARTICLE

Amendments

  • These terms and conditions may be amended at any time; continued use of the service constitutes implied acceptance of the amendments.
14ARTICLE

Governing law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
